Uh, i havent run into that problem so i wouldn't know how to fix it but at this version of the game, you can finish it in about 15-30mins, so i dont think it is required at this point. I'm sure it'll be added soon tho
I solved it by doing a mission in the evening and doing the promotion mission (in events), when it was night and while i was still in the mission screen. This is the only way i found that you can do i
I am eligible for the first promotion but when i go on the event board it isn't there? Help would be much appreciated. I've saved and loaded a bunch as well.
(nvm, you have to be there at night and you have to have done a mission to pass time and still have the mission menu up.)
